I applied online. A couple weeks after, I received a confirmation from a recruiter. A few days after, phone interview with my future boss. Great exchanges. The day after, I received the plane tickets + hostel confirmation + transportation from the airport. 10 days after, the trip to San Francisco. I had 6 interviews (4 of them remotely) during the day. Had lunch with 2 of them. The interviews were "classic" (present what you did, why you want to join Mozilla, etc) and I had some interesting questions relevant to the position (software QA, development methods, release managements processes, etc). All interviewers were just great, they all had good questions which turned into interesting discussions. The last interview confirmed that they would send an offer. Offer that I received 10 days after. I accepted without any negotiation. Waited a few days for the contract.
