Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn, they sent me the hackerrank the next day. I filled it out in October and it is now January with no response. They didn't give any direct contact information regarding who was the recruiter for the position so I was unable to reach out and ask what the status of my application was.

Entrevista
I've gone through several stages:
- HR talk
- Practical home assignment
- Technical online interview with the Tech Manager
- Onsite technical & cultural interview with a bunch of people at Toronto downtown office
I think I did very well as my home assignment was praised by the Tech Manager and during the onsite interview I solved all the questions and white board tasks. But the results were different than I expected...
After going through the whole process with the company (spending several days of work on a home assignment, talking few times over the phone, doing online technical interview and finally spending few hours at Toronto downtown office for the interview) I would expect from company representatives to respect the time, energy and money I spent going through all of it.
It means I deserve at least a "no thank you" rejection letter at the end of the process and being updated of how the process is going.
Instead, after the final interview at Toronto office I waited two weeks with no updates whatsoever. After that, I wrote to a few HR representatives I was contacted before and asked if there is any news for me. I was told by one of them that I should wait more and they will tell me the results in the middle of the next week. When this times gone by I got nothing again. After three weeks I contacted them again, one of them replied that they would like to talk for a few minutes in the afternoon and asked about my availability. I gave mine and after that - no reply whatsoever for another two days. After that, I got this survey invitation from which I understand that I was not chosen for the role.
I don't believe there were so many candidates at the final stage of the interview process that none of all HR people didn't have a single minute to keep me updated or at least give me a proper/standard rejection letter. I don't even start about the proper feedback that would help me to understand why I didn't pass for the role.
I personally believe it's unethical, unprofessional and just plain disrespectful to treat people like this, who spent so much time and energy going through the process and was waiting for the results.
