The recruiter emailed me to set up an interview, I responded within 2 hours. She never replied. I followed up a week later and she responded 3 weeks later saying she had been on vacation (who tries to set up an interview an hour before going on vacation for a month?). We set up a phone screen; she never called. I emailed and she apologised but had forgotten to add my interview to her calendar. Eventually we did a phone interview, I thought it went well, but received a rejection email a fortnight later. Overall, I did not think very highly of the recruiter.
