I met them at a career fair through my school. They held an interview with both culture-fit questions and technical skill questions. You basically get interviewed by the team you'd be working with. Very relaxed and informal feeling. The first part of the interview is getting to know about you and learning about the company, the second part is a challenging technical question, which they were very good about helping me with.
