Phone screen was with an executive vice president of business strategy. He was well informed on different SDLCs and asked good direct questions. About a week later, I was asked to come in for an in house interview and met with him, dev director and cto. The evp was the longest interview and he seemed more focus on reporting and metrics than actually focused on enabling teams and facilitating scrum. The other two were very nice but only a half hour each.
