I applied online for the role. I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager on a Tuesday. It was a very pleasant and informative conversation. I was told I would hear back about next steps by end of week. I hadn't heard back, so I followed up exactly one calendar week later. Unfortunately, I never received a response or update. It has now been two weeks since I sent my follow up and still radio silence. As a recruiter, I don't even mind being ghosted by recruiters/ companies because that is the quickest way to determine that an organization is not a good fit for me. However, I hope that the hiring team displays a bit more empathy towards candidates than in this scenario.

I had a great experience interviewing with the TA team. They were all very personable and their passion for the organization came through in conversation. Anyone that has the opportunity to job this amazing group will be be joining a great group of talented people! If you talk to Molly, you'll be put at ease in the first few minutes and feel like you're talking to a friend. Great experience overall. If the timing would have lined up, I would have love to have her as a team member.
