Relaxed chat with team leader and head of division, wasn't very structured. Spent a lot of time telling me about the company, which is not a great sign, but maybe they knew at the outset they were unlikely to make me an offer.

What do you want to do i.e. which specialisms within the technical area I work in.
Two-stage interview process that was generally straightforward and well structured, making it easy to follow. However, communication was slow, and it took quite a while to hear back after each stage. The first stage focused primarily on technical skills and role-related knowledge, while the second stage was more conversational and aimed at assessing team fit, collaboration style, and overall compatibility with the company culture.
