Very relaxed interview process, with strength-based questions. The interview at flowed like a conversation and the interviewers made me feel very comfortable. Two employees from different teams interviewed me. The interview lasted over an hour.

Online assessment along with application questions followed by an in person assessment centre with an interview, presentation and case study. Interview asked several questions spanning motivation, fit, competencies and personal aspirations.

There is a long series of automated interviews before any human contact. You have to pass IQ like tests, behavioural tests, reasoning tests and the like. This is typical for consulting companies, but a drain on applicants and a huge time commiment given you recieve little feedback.
