Usual online numeracy tests, relatively easy. It took about a month to get back to me with an interview appointment.
There was a 40-minute test with some calculations and preparatory questions to get the discussion started in the next part of the interview. The in-person interview consisted of some behavioural questions and general questions on knowledge of the industry.
Took much too long to get back to me after this interview - they did not keep me updated about when they would be done with the other candidates they were considering.
Declined the offer in the end because found the team lacklustre; I also had some previous and relevant experience (2-3 years) in related industries/roles but found they were completely against negotiation of the salary they offered me, which was also offered to completely inexperienced fresh graduates.
