Online application; maths, inductive reasoning, verbal reasoning tests; 2 interviews - one which was more of a general conversation about what I liked doing, my time at university etc., whilst the other was more competency based - presentation, team work skills. I was also asked to do a timed literature review at the first interview. All interviewers were really nice and made me feel very welcome.
