Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Motorola Solutions (Champaign, IL) en feb 2016
Entrevista
It was a on-campus interview after a career fair at UIUC. The whole process lasted 30 minutes and were mostly behavioral questions and questions on one of the projects on my resume. They were friendly and told me I should receive a call by the end of the next week but it's been 3 weeks and I have called them back and they asked me to wait a little longer...

One call and a video interview, a relatively chill process overall. I received an offer quickly right after the second interview. There were over 4 people on the video interview, but no behavioral questions were asked.

The interview process was really straightforward and honest. They asked some great questions that gave them a genuine sense of who I am as a candidate. It started with a phone call to chat about my background and make sure we were on the same page. Then, I had a few video interviews with different team members, which really helped me understand the company culture and how I might fit in. They even included a skills test to see how I handle real-world problems. Overall, it felt like they were truly interested in getting to know me, not just checking boxes.
