Interviewed internally with a new project manager. Was told by supervisor there was a new opportunity for onboarding. Met with project manager, discussed expectations, was told this would be a lateral move. Was told process would take 2 weeks to finalize. 2 weeks stretched into 2 months. Blown off by management. Finally was told that the position would be filled by a contractor. Way to motivate your current employees by hiring outside the company, guys.
