3 rounds of interviews, all over the phone, 1 of them conduct it at night, it was a video conference with the hiring manager in US.
The company then gave a low ball offer, much lower than my current pay, with the excuse that they will pay 1 month of salary as so-called "attraction bonus", and send me for some technical training.
The interview process was a meeting with the hiring manager followed by interview with engineers. The hiring manager interview was loosely technical and the second round was coding. After that we would have moved to an in person interview.
