1-1 screening call from the hiring manager, then on-site for a tour and three person panel interview. Mostly scenario type questions about ambiguity and dealing with difficult customers. Team was communicative and moved the process quickly. Feedback during the interview was positive, so it would have been nice to receive high level feedback with the rejection as well.

Tell me about your experience interfacing with customers.
I was contacted by a recruiter then interviewed with the hiring manager who told me he was excited about me moving forward. 2 weeks later Motivo posted TPM jobs on LinkedIn LinkedIn for a salary range much LOWER then the one they quoted me when I interviewed. Either they were disingenuous or along the way they decided they no longer wanted to pay competitive salaries. They wasted my time.
