The interview process starts with a friendly HR interview, where you get to talk about your experience in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. This is followed by a technical interview covering AI topics, which felt well-structured and engaging.
The highlight for me was definitely the experience day. You get a proper office tour and the chance to meet some of the people there, it really gives you a feel for the culture and the team. The technical interviews on this day stood out in particular; rather than feeling like a test, they flowed naturally as genuine conversations about the interesting topics the engineers are actually working on. Most of the questions are logical and intuitive, so you don't need to over-prepare, just come curious and open.
To wrap things up, there are closing conversations with the CTO and CEO, which honestly didn't feel like interviews at all. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely supportive, a great way to end the process and get a real sense of the company's leadership.
