The interview process was very pleasant. 30 minutes interview with recruiter, managers, and partners. The process took almost 4 weeks (from initial email for the 1st interview to offer letter). The recruiter was extremely helpful and genuinely wants you to succeed. The hiring team was interested in not only technical skills but also characters, (“Hire character. Train skill.” - Peter W. Schutz ). This aspect gave me assurance on the firm’sculture.

Moss Adams interview process was very smooth. The recruiter was very friendly and helped me along the entire process. The hiring manager and the entire interview panel was friendly. I did not feel like appearing for an interview. The interview was more like a conversation.
