The interview was laid back. I believe that they were just trying to gain an understanding of who I am as a person. The woman who interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk to. Piece of advice: just be yourself and you will do great!

I met the recruiter at an on-campus recruiting event, applied online, and interviewed approximately 5 weeks later by one of their managers from Portland, OR. The interview was about a half hour, and casual / conversational.
