4 stages:
1 hour technical interview (questions on Java, SQL, Unix)
2 hours pair programming exercise (parse user input and convert to a different format)
30 mins call with COO (mostly behavioural questions, chance to ask questions yourself)
30 mins call with engineering lead (discussion about how the team works, etc.)

Entrevista
During the interview I was able to meet several people from different departments. There is an initial phone screening, a take home assignment (1h) and a technical interview. There is a second stage where I got to meet other employees where soft skills and generic thought process was assessed.
