Hi, after sending the offer letter, our background check results surfaced a report for harassment about this person. I decided to immediately stop the offer, and withdrew it right away. I also blocked the person from any communication with the company or with myself. Mos has never and will never accept any male predator/harasser in the team, the world is already full of them. As discussed with my team we are very proud of our decision to protect the company from this kind of individuals, and I hope other CEOs will do the same. If you are thinking about joining Mos and reading this review, please read carefully: no one will join or stay with Mos if they have this kind of behavior.
