Very disorganized. The recruiter couldn't even remember what role we were talking about during the initial screening. The hiring manager was very slow to schedule and clearly distracted during the actual conversation. I've been around long enough to know that there are clear indications of an organization that isn't managed well. Too many red flags before the actual curtain on how the company operates was pulled back.
