Very professional and collaborative process. Focused on relationships and leadership style. Team stayed on track through multiple hand offs. All interviews occured in corporate headquarters. Team was very seasoned and largely home grown talent. No bad cop, all engaged and genuinely curious about the application of lean to the construction industry.
