I interviewed at Morphe a few months ago for a marketing role. The overall experience was really positive — the team was incredibly friendly, and the interview process felt thoughtful and well-structured. The questions were insightful and showed they had taken the time to review my background in detail. They asked about my experience with brand campaigns, influencer strategy, and how I approach cross-functional collaboration. There was a strong focus on creativity and cultural relevance, which aligned well with the brand's positioning. Although I didn’t move forward in the process, I came away with a great impression of the team and the company culture.
