First of all, this was the most disrespectful experience I've ever had. I received a phone call to set up an interview for the Traffic Coordinate position. On the day of the interview, SHE rescheduled it at the last minute. After the unorganized hurdle, I had my face to face interview. That by far was the only please experience I had. After that, I was told I would be contacted by next week at noon. The time came but I received not email or call. So I gave them until Wednesday before I sent a follow-up. After which I didn't get a response for 2 months. To learn that I didn't receive the job. 1. Don't be specific on the day a candidate will be contacted. 2. Waiting for 2 MONTHS. 3. How you treat potential candidates makes me wonder why McDonald's Dropped you.
