I interviewed with the hiring manager first, and then had a conversation with HR a bit later. HR explained they liked to be quick and like to keep it to 3 rounds, so the next set of interviews would be my last. The recruiter emailed me to get my preferred time slots, but the time slots passed and no meetings were ever scheduled. I reached out only to get an apology and ask for my schedule the following week, which I did. I was all ready for the first interview but the person never showed up. I emailed to let the recruiter know, and again I got a delayed response and an apology. The recruiter said he'd hurry to get the final round booked. Two seconds later I get email with the confirmation for times of the other girl interviewing for the same position. I let them know of the mistake. Again, apologies and another round of sending in preferred times and dates passing. I finally get my last round scheduled. The first person I talked to spent most of the time telling me about the company and the position, and then asking 1-2 questions. After 20 of the 45 scheduled minutes passed, she asked if I had questions for her - repeatedly - until I let it go and we ended the interview. The second interview went well, but assume they already had someone lined up as the first woman wasn't even interested in interviewing me. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had interviewing with a company. Super unprofessional. They ghosted me for a week and then came back totally disorganized. I'm guessing now I should have just bowed out, as it was a lot of undue stress and ruined my vacation.
