Entrevista
It was challenging and very fruitful. I was enjoying the difficulty level and due to my interview prep, I was able to navigate through the process. I was offered the position but I had to decline due to the low compensation structure but overall I found the process to be a fast but lucrative one, in terms of gaining educational experience on cracking finance interviews.

Explain the characteristics and features of different types of stocks and funds.
Easy and consice shorts answers which value their company. Favour yourself and be confident. The key is english and confidence. You’ll surely get an offer after a week of an interview
The Interview process is basic, involves a telephonic round and two technical rounds.one of which was a case study round. A call from the HR to discuss the onboarding process if you've qualified the previous round

Interview process had three rounds. However, since it was during covid times so it was a virtual process. 1st two rounds were mainly on what you have mentioned on your resume. Any projects done during university times would be discussed mostly then moving towards basic accounting knowledge especially ratios.

Why ESG and moreover the relevance of ESG in todays' time. Some basic ratio formulas (accounting) and difference between independent directors & executive directors.
Main emphasis were on the projects that I did during masters.
