Lame. Since when did we get so pompous as a company to require video "interviews"? I helped a recent candidate apply to MDP, and this person happens to be a little camera shy. So what? She wasn't trying to get a spot on MTV's Real World. You basically disregarded her education and prior experience with Morningstar Direct because you didn't like how she appeared on screen. So lame.

I had two interviews. One with someone working in the department I was going in (Direct Platform) and another interview with two of the program leads. I was told I would hear back the following week and never did. However interviews were very simple not technical at all. Just know why Morningstar and what they do. Besides that, its a lot of storytelling. I was very confident in my interviews so you should be fine. I think they did not give me the offer because I accepted a different job before. The pay is very low for this role thats the one thing.

They conduct three rounds for this first aptitude (easy peasy) second orientation round where they make u fill a survey form (elimination round) third is interview round.
Its a good their process is fast.

Entrevista
The first round was behavioral, conducted by a software engineer, and the second and final round is similar formatted behavioral and technical questions, with four back to back one on one interviews. The last stage is a group video interview where you problem solve a group challenge and present to software engineers at the company.
