In the screening call, it was very clear that she had read my resume and was prepared not only to asked pointed questions but to determine if I would be a good cultural fit for the position and firm. She outlined the interview process, keep me apprised of next steps, and answered all of the questions that I had about the position, the firm, and benefits. Because of her communication style, responsiveness, and knowledge of both the position and the firm, it made the process far less stressful than interviewing at other places had been.
