Started with a phone interview with a committee. Telephone interviews are already difficult, more so when interviewing with a committee. There were only a few questions and they were very job-related. I wish I could have known what they questions might be ahead of time. As it was, I studied and prepared the best I could but I was still felt unprepared to answer their questions. It definitely felt like a screening out process, whereby the respondents either knew the answers or they did not.
