Interview back in 2016 was straightforward and easy. I enjoyed the people I interviewed with and it was a good fit. I don't know how things have changed, but it was a simple process.

Entrevista
Had a 15 minute call with the recruiter to talk about myself. I was then called in to the Irvine office for an in person interview with the Communications manager and the VP of client experience. The interview lasted a full hour and a half. My interview was on a Tuesday and I was told that I would hear the following Monday or Tuesday. The interview I felt, went really well and I had two very nice conversations with both hiring managers. Come the following WEDNESDAY and I have not heard anything from anyone. I had to follow-up with the recruiter and she let me know they have not finished interviews and she will be in touch with me. It is now Monday, two weeks after my interview and I have no heard anything. This is extremely unprofessional and it shows the inexperience of the hiring managers. Even if I was given an offer I would not take it. This experience is really telling of the organization and the way the employees run things on the marketing team.

The interview questions weren't difficult. It was more of a conversation. A few questions about strengths and weaknesses but after further contemplation of my interview I came to the conclusion that I wasn't sure how they could make a decision on me as an employee through the questions they asked.

Entrevista
Interview process started with a photo interview with HR rep, then called for in person. Offices are very nice, a lot of young employees, saw the CEO walking around the offices. Easy going interview. Met with two different people during the interview. One to describe the role and ask resume questions, the second to have a more personable conversation.
