First a phone interview , secondly an onsite interview with a site tour. The interviewing group currently worked in the department i was interviewing for, and was able to answer every question i had . Many questions were answered quickly, and after working here at Moog long enough, i realized they were also accurately answered. I was briefed on the schedules worked here, the type of work we do , and the type of work expected from me as a new candidate. Overtime availability was discussed, as well as dress code / uniforms etc. Very professional , but relaxed atmosphere during the entire process.

There were multiple Interviewers from panel to 1-on-1, which took about 3 months with a 2-week interval from the last round- it's draining; however, in the end, it was disappointing as I did not hear back whatsoever afterward. Ghosted!
