Initial Interview with HR rep was an open discussion in which the rep seemed knowledgeable with regard to the specific position and technical data (uncommon) Final interview with the Hiring Manager and QE team was a directed discussion with regard to job experiences and key concepts related to the position. Open and honest exchange took place and expectations on both sides were addressed. Offer letter was extended within a week and follow-up was made by the team to request some of my interview presentation materials. All exchanges were polite and professional.
