Entrevista
I was approached by an external recruiting agency to interview with Moody's. I had an initial call with the hiring manager, where I was grilled on my knowledge of programming languages and specific parts of their technology stack. I had a tech screen which was straightforward and a standard algorithm question.
Onsite, I had three back-to-back interviews with two interviewers each. Because the onsite was only 2.5 hours, I thought the process would be friendly and more focused on getting to know the team. Instead, I was grilled for the whole 2.5 hours on algorithm after algorithm. When I answered well and quickly, the second interviewer would step up with another algorithm for me to solve. It felt like they were filling the time, since all the questions were pretty similar to the previous question.
I wasn't given an offer due to "struggling too much" on the very last question. That said, the process was so exhausting that I'm not surprised I didn't answer well on the last one. I was given time for a single question about the company by each set of interviewers before they rushed out of the room, so I didn't get to know anything about what it would be like to work there.

Total 3 interview including 1 HR Screening interview. A home assignment was given to solve and present in 3rd Interview. Interviewers were nice and helpful. However, after 3rd interview they completely forgot and didn't send any update for almost 1.5 months.

30 minute phone screen with recruiter, followed by one-way webcam assessment. Assessment included open-ended questions which I couldn't tell if they were being recorded, or if answers were supposed to be written. I got accused of cheating when answering an open-ended question about my work experience, because I wasn't looking directly into my camera.
This was followed by a multiple choice assessment of Angular questions. The options were filled with syntax errors, questions where none of the given answers were correct, and code that was terribly formatted.
Given this, I didn't pass the assessment. I was told by the recruiter that they needed someone with more Angular "expertise," while I've been developing Angular applications for years, since Angular 2 initially came out. What a joke of an interview process and company.
