They asked really good and challenging questions
They made me very comfortable during the interview

Easy and straightforward the interview questions were not hard and generic questions. Must know the values and ethics of the business, this may be asked in the interview

Entrevista
As Monzo only interview on Tuesdays I think by the end of the day the people interviewing are fed up. The person that interviewed me was distracted during my interview and I could see they were looking elsewhere. It was a very robotic interview and there wasn’t an opportunity for me to show my personality. Within the the first few minutes I was deflated as I knew this wasn’t the place I wanted to work for. I felt as if I was treated as a number and not a person so that didn’t sell Monzo to me. As expected I wasn’t offered a role but if offered I think I would have had to decline it as the first impressions were really bad.
