Multiple interviews, and long process..but worth it! This was pre-covid. Applied and two weeks later got a phone call for interview. Then went to 3 in person interview with Chair and Faculty. Offer was accepted and it took about 4 weeks to get onboarded. But in most cases they will hire you part time during the onboarding process if warranted.
