Applied on LinkedIn and the recruiter reached out. The first round was a 30 mins video call with a recruiter. As other reviews said, the recruiter has no idea about their company and what they were doing or what I’d be doing in the role. No transparency on the exact position you're interviewing for. You can also tell that the recruiter was not focused and uninterested during the interview. Not sure if it was the language barrier, she was distracted, careless, and slow. I asked the interviewer what keeps her at the company, and she couldn’t tell. Seems like she has no idea why she's there. That's another red flag.

Monks contacted me with an automatic email to schedule a fit interview for a position at Media Monks, branch based in Colombia. I was interviewed by a recruiter that was reading straight from a script with a poker face and it felt truly impersonal and cold. At the end of the fit interview, she said I could move to the next phase and have an interview with the design lead. The interview with the design lead was better, it was more human and they asked personal and technical question such as experience in my previous roles, a quick portfolio walkthrough and things like that. He also shared details about the position and answered all my questions. After that call I got no follow-up, I sent two emails that they never answered, no rejection email, no nothing. The recruitment team seemed really unprofessional to me.
