Buen trato del entrevistador, en términos claros sobre cómo se desarrollaría el proceso en los días siguientes. Detallista con respecto a los beneficios. Sin embargo, aunque fue claro en esos aspectos, olvidó mencionar que la compañía no paga horas extra .

Que expectativas tenia de la empresa, que hacía antes de aplicar para el empleo, pregunta sobre algunos hobbies y pequeña charla en inglés para evaluar el nivel.
En la técnica, me dieron idealmente menos de 3 días para completar el challenge técnico, pero podía extenderse hasta 7 días.
You will first get a tecnicial assessment screener link. It's a devskiller quiz with a react debugging question and a handful of JavaScript multiple choices. You won't know how well you did and they reject/accept you for further interview a few days after completion.

A person from Jam3 reached out to me and sent an online test to me. I did the test and I asked for a response on how I did but they never responded. They even mentioned that they will get back to me within a week of doing the test but I still never got a response from them.

Took 3 months, its very slow many times unresponsive and then they may come back with an offer after you forgot you applied to work with them, which is not ideal.
