first of all, a very long recruitment process, I had 5 rounds of interviews. And the final round was a case panel interview. In between, there were 2/3 times HR called me for updates and feedback before the final interview. Also, there was one time a senior manager missed my interview and rescheduled again. Just very time-consuming and emotionally taxing especially since I am working full-time still so I have taken much time off during work days. Not every company has the luxury of flexible working so they should take that into consideration. Honesty, I don't know why I put up with this process cause they ghosted me after the final round.
