I was contacted directly via email for this position by a recruiter at MongoDB. We arranged an initial interview time, but on that day the Zoom link was no longer valid and I couldn't enter the meeting. The recruiter has not responded to any of my emails about the issue or about rescheduling, despite following up and asking for clarification. I don't care what the problem was or why they wanted to cancel, but standing up and ghosting a candidate is rude and unprofessional.
