From the very beginning I felt challenged and this was great to show me that I can always surpass myself and deliver even more than I expect from myself. The process had several stages and I saw this positively because it allowed me to interact with different people and already feel integrated with the company. The final challenge was very challenging, I had to dedicate myself, and this was also positive. I got involved, got to know more about the company and the solution, had feedback from 4 different directors, and this contributed a lot to my development. It takes a lot of dedication, but I had guidance from my hiring manager at all times.
