One of the best recruiting process I ever had. Everyone at MongoDB is very professional and also very willing to meet your needs.
First step with a recruiter, than one with the future manager (you might be asked to make a quick presentation of something you are familiar with) and one with the global director. Then I had a technical interview with a senior SA. The last step is a role play scenario in which you play the role of a MongoDB Solutions Architect in a client meeting.
Quite time consuming process but really helps you getting familiar with the company and the people.

Processus d'entretien qui a duré plusieurs semaines. Le dernier entretien était une présentation devant trois personnes sur un sujet précis. Malheureusement le poste est passé d'un poste remote à un poste en physique.

Everyone was really nice. I felt well prepped for each step. I was told they closed the position without filling the role. Quick process versus most other companies. I spoke with the recruiter, had a technical interview, and then an interview with someone in a director role.

Entrevista
Long process but definitely doable. They provide you with a lot of guidance and help throughout. There is a technical side but for sure more on the sales side when it comes to the different rounds. Great coaching and mentoring as well.
