Something that was supposed to be straight forward actually turned out to be a joke. Spoke with the recruiter, hiring manager and executive lead. Everyone were convinced that it's a dysfunctional role and org.
After spending hours in interview process the feedback was sent on an automated - no reply - email .
Recruiter is a con artist who tried to lure me into a "future relevant role" to potentially avoid negative feedback. Attached my cultural fitness and when asked for more details, avoided the question at all.

They were very thorough, I met with multiple people on the hiring panel, and they happily answered all of my questions along the way. Overall very streamlined and efficient process for the candidate.

Straightforward and efficient process that took about 4 weeks. The recruiter was always around for any questions I had and informed me quickly (either the day of or the following) of what next steps would be.
They contacted me on Linkedin for a senior marketing position. The recruiter did not show up to the call he set, neither did answer the email I sent asking if he we were still going to have the interview.
The day after, I received another invite for a call. We had this very short call and he told me that he would pass my profile to the hiring manager.
Then he ghosted me, and has not answered to my feedback request either.
Honestly, this is not how an interview process should be handled, and I am very disappointed to say least.
