The interviews themselves were just fine. First a recruiter screen, followed by a technical screen using coderpad, then another phone conversation about education, and then an all-day on-site with three technical components (most of which related in someway to the initial tech screen), lunch, and 2 behavioral/more casual conversations. Everyone was friendly and the people I met at my on-site seemed like they'd be great colleagues.
My biggest issue was how delayed things were. So much time went by in between each interview stage and it was hard to communicate with the recruiter and team. I applied through an employee in early March and did not get through the process until late June/early July.
Also, just something to note, they flew me out to NY for the on-site but did not cover the cost of the flight or hotel upfront. An expense form had to be submitted after the interview which they say will take about 3-4 weeks to process. And I had to book the flights with about 2 days notice due to slow communication, so you can imagine that they were costly!
