I first got an HR interview with an amazing recruiter - she asked about me, my college background and some projects that I had built. After that, you get a Karat interview with 2 questions - they really like string questions and it is all live coding.

* Initial screening calling with a recruiter and then a 1 hour technical interview call using Karat with a pair coding set up using a plain text editor not an IDE
