I was called for a face-to-face interview. The interview took about 15 mins. I was asked what I know about compliance, talk about my previous experience, and talk about a difficult situation i have found myself in. The interview was averagely ok. Got an offer letter after three days

You are conducted through 2 different phone Interviews, one with HR nad the next with the dept. Manager. Also you need to pass a language test, as much language you know more valuable you are for the company but does not mean necessary to have promotion in the future
