The interview process went really well. Had two phone screens before coming into the office. Was led to believe I did very well, even got to shadow that day. Then I didn't hear back after being told to wait a week for a response. I emailed them two weeks later in which case I was then told I didn't get the job. Thought that was very unprofessional and waste of time.

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
