I had a preliminary phone interview and two in person interviews. My recruiter set them up along the way and insisted I would get feedback after my first in person interview. Three weeks later I still have not receive any feedback or any updates on my candidacy. My recruiter said I did a great job and I am in the top tier of candidates but I still have no status in my application. I have followed up numerous of times but still nothing. Don't waste your time.
