The interview consisted of first a screening call with a recruiter (30 minutes), and then an hour interview with the director via zoom. After the interview, the director said she would be in contact with me by the end of the week, but alas I received an auto-generated email from the recruiter software. I found it tasteless I gave them my time and effort and they couldn't be bothered with sending me an email personally. In my experience, this is a red flag with employers so I probably dodged a bullet because they seemed very unorganized throughout the interview process. The director didn't even have my information pulled up or know my name when she hopped on our zoom call. She also told me she was 40 minutes late to an interview the day before mine (yikes).
