I initially applied for a Principal role, but was downgraded to a Senior position and told to reapply—even though my resume was already in their system.
Scheduling the first interview was already a challenge due to extremely limited availability on their side. After a few attempts, communication just stalled without any follow-up.
Then, a completely different interviewer reached out without acknowledging any prior context or ongoing scheduling thread. She joined late without apology and appeared to be seeing my resume for the first time.
The interview itself felt highly scripted and disengaged—mostly reading questions from a list, with little actual conversation. I was interrupted multiple times while answering, which made it difficult to properly explain my experience.
In one case, I was asked a question that seemed unclear and possibly outdated. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, the interviewer repeatedly restated the same wording without providing additional context, making it difficult to meaningfully respond.
There was no introduction to the company or team, no context setting, and no opportunity to ask questions. The interview also ran over time.
Overall, it felt disorganized, unprofessional, and not reflective of a serious evaluation process. It’s hard to believe this format helps identify or attract strong talent.
If you are a serious candidate, my advice is to stay away from this company to avoid wasting time and unnecessary frustration.
