Entrevista
The process consisted from 2 stages - online automated interview and interview with Hiring manager+ her Manager. First - link is provided by HR and you need to record answers to the questions. Time is limited for the answer but you can have 3 tries (3rd is the last one). Second - is interview with hiring manager + manager of the division. It was a bit stressful as it was scheduled for 60 mins initially and they come and say we need to fit in 30 mins. Maybe this is a stress test, but it is an overwhelming as I immediately felt they have hired someone and this interview is just to be polite. They've jumped straight to the point and started to shoot questions, and i felt the pressure of time. It was a bit stressful, maybe it was their intention to show the inside pace of business. The questions were based on STAR (behavioral + functional skills check)
