She explained the company and her experience from being a housekeeper to Franchise Owner and then asked questions about me. We talked for about an hour and the asked if I felt I would like to join their team and little family.

It was super easy and laidback because they need employees. They will hire just about anyone. No prior experience needed. It was probably about 5 minutes long, just filling out a paper application even if you applied with a resume online.

In person, quick and easy. You sit in a room and they just ask you a few questions. They ask basic interview questions. Like what's your experience, are you good with people.
